And our Manitoba Government condones the dumping of Captured Arsenic by issuing a licence to the town of Virden which allows arsenic to be put back into a creek water source. After a journey of about 3 miles this creek empties into the Assiniboine River.
Is this Foolish or Crazy…the choice is yours.
