This man is a menace. For years, his decision to refuse to regulate, while Big Oil was making out like bandits, bordered on the criminal. Now he says he can't do it kuz the industry has fallen on hard times. Notice tho, despite a robust over-supply which is NOW said to be driving lower prices, his government continues to allow more exploration - the kind that will, for one thing, endanger already- endangered narwhal in our Canadian Arctic. Bastard!
