A Reprieve For The Mekong - Xayaburi Dam Delayed
International Rivers - Apr 21 '11 Laos, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia have now agreed that the decision on the Xayaburi Dam be deferred and elevated to the Ministerial level.
