Dozens Feared Dead After Cyclone Pam Hits Vanuatu

Over a decade ago, a village was relocated inland in Vanuatu, following inundation which was partly a result of sea level rise due to climate change. (IPCC) This makes the remote nation incredibly vulnerable to storm surges, esp. in a storm like this!
