Some research will establish that Manitoba was warned of this pending mussel invasion about 25 years ago/or more, "by Prof. Eva Pip". THEY didn't listen, Now it is TOO late.
Another embarrassment for the governments of Canada and Manitoba, as they didn't want to be disturbed from their Rip Van Winkle siesta, deciding to wait,until it became impossible to prevent.
