Larry,

I’m very interested in the article you recently posted on your blog about the dead dolphins being found in the Gulf of Mexico. It’s interesting and somewhat unsettling to think that the BP spill happened nearly a year ago, and we’re still seeing its harmful effects on oceanic life. I appreciate how you provided just the first paragraph of the story on your blog, and then the link to the source’s actual site. This way, I could opt out of reading if I chose to do so, and if I did want to read the article, I know that you selected one from a reputable source.

To complement your existing post, I’d like to share a video with you from newsy.com. It includes news coverage and analysis from multiple sources to provide statistics about the dolphin deaths in the Gulf and their connection to BP. It also explains efforts from the National Marine Fisheries Service to restrict the leaking of information about this problem to the media, as well as what BP is saying in response to accusations that the dead dolphins are the fault of the company’s disaster. I think this video would be a great visual element to add to your blog for your readers, especially since it echos much of what your text story says. Thank you for your consideration, and I hope you choose to embed this video on your site.
