Millions of Chickens Feared Dead at Factory Farms in Wake of Hurricane Matthew

Will Hurricane Matthew bring some Common sense to those who govern? Probably not!

Looking at the pictures, one can plainly see and wonder why the Hog Industries were ever allowed to develope in such a floodplain area.
Could this also happen in Manitoba.? The Red River area and the Interlake are perfect examples where flooding has taken place.
