Dear Premier Selinger and Minister Mackintosh.

“Arsenic is considered the number one environmental chemical of concern for human health effects”.
Yet despite repeated warnings, over the past several years, the Manitoba government refuses to take
those concerns seriously. The province ignores the need to cancel a license which permits The Town
of Virden to dump captured arsenic into a near by water source that flows directly into the waters of the Assiniboine River.
Hopefully, (this) article will be an inspiration to change the attitude that presently exists.
For The Sake of Our Waters.
Yours Truly;
John Fefchak.
