Prime Minister Stephen Harper has sent a letter to U.S. President Barack Obama formally proposing "joint action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the oil and gas sector," Full story here.

Another outrageous example of political "double-speak;" If Obama allows the pipeline, Harper will agree to lessen the impact of the greenhouse gases they will cause. How about not building the f...... thing in the first place?
