City of Winnipeg Needs to Prepare Better for Changing Climate: Councillor Vandal

Good for the Councillor for going as far as he did. Alas, he stopped short, just like so many others, by not speaking to the real issue - reduce fossil fuels. Get cracking on promoting public transit and easing ourselves away from the "car habit." Let's have MORE MITIGATION along with ADAPTATION. Both are critical to avoid more disaster!
