Here in Canada, a dude by the name of Ted Menzies faithfully served his master, ex right-wing, pro-pesticide Prime Minister Stephen Harper for 10 yrs as an MP and cabinet minister. Then, Menzies moved comfortably through that revolving door to become Pres. and CEO of "CropLifeCanada," the organization representing the makers of pesticides, including the bee-killing "neonics." Since then, Menzies has been dutifully (& agressively) lobbying against any efforts to restrict such products in this country. I call him "CBKC, Canada's Bee-Killer-in-Chief."

Yes Indeed, quite the dude.! I like the title that you have pinned, a very appropriate name for an individual with no concerns or conscious of the devastating harm that pesticides are capable of.
