Ontario Environment Officials Concerned That Clear-Cut Logging Releases Mercury. (They Allowed it Anyway!)

So let me get this straight. Allowing something to happen we know will be harmful to others is apparently OK when governments (or industries) do it. But if you or I knew someone was going to be murdered and did nothing about it, isn't there something in the criminal code that might speak to that? Just sayin'.
