Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reached New Highs In 2012: WMO

According to the Inventory of United States Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Sinks, U.S. emissions decreased by 1.6 percent from 2010 to 2011, 6.9 percent below 2005 levels. Keep in mind, these figures for the U.S. WORLD levels are another story.
