It's Business That Really Rules Us Now

No argument there. I and many others have always commented that businesses run government and in doing so also rule us. Makes one wonder, why they just don't put their name(s) on the Ballot when we go to the polling stations at voting time.
But, the real alarming issue about all this is , why are we paying government officials from the public purse to maintain and look after things, when in so many cases THEIR minds are made up by the influence of Corporations, Industries , etc. ? All we need basically …. is an appropriate STAMP and INK to replenish the pad.
